We staffed every area of site including but not limited to runners, traffic coordinators, registration personnel, and even healthcare professionals with individuals that were informed and well-trained on the site’s processes and procedures.
All of the above resulted in shorter wait times, a better experience for our patients, and consequently more tests processed for the county.
In an effort to turn results around in 24 hours we partnered with multiple labs to ensure available testing capacity and we hand-delivered samples to labs at the end of each day in order to rule-out shipping delays. These steps helped the general public get back to work faster with reliable negative results, and keep businesses open longer by isolating those who tested positive.
HSS Response even implemented marketing strategies such as printed collateral and street teams, outdoor advertising efforts such as digital billboards, radio advertisements, and digital campaigns in order to get the word out and ensure as wide of a reach as possible.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the United States, the Phoenix area quickly became a hot-spot with infections spreading rapidly throughout the area. Maricopa County was tasked with containing the virus by making PCR tests available to as many citizens as possible and also providing them with quick and reliable results. With nationwide horror stories of hour long wait-lines at testing sites and week-long waits for results, HSS stepped up to the challenge.
Mobilizing in a matter of days, we partnered with sister companies Health Screening Solutions to run traffic feasibility tests, design layouts, and identify sites which could support high-traffic testing operations, and Easy Testing to customize an automated registration and data intake process across multiple county locations.
We processed tens of thousands of tests by focusing on the small details such as a multi-lingual registration process (accounting for the diverse demographic of our patients), on-site signage, and staff. We also created multi-lingual instructional audio messaging, which was broadcast over an FM station, so those entering site could be prepared with what to expect prior to even driving through the entrance.

Youtube produced the “Save Our Stages Fest” (aka #SOSFest) which launched efforts to provide much needed funding to venues across the United States who were no longer able to carry on operations due to the pandemic.
The concept was to livestream 35 shows, taking place in 25 venues, across 20 different cities, and raise money from viewers & sponsors alike.
It was HSS’ responsibility to coordinate testing efforts for EVERY show.
With only 3 days of lead-time, we staffed each venue with healthcare professionals, negotiated rates with labs in every market, and coordinated testing for all performers, touring personnel, and venue staff.
In most cases, we set-up on-location sample collection programs 48 hours prior to the show-date for venue staff and hand-delivered samples to the closest lab partners in each geographic area. We created concierge-style practices to accommodate A-list stars at their homes, and Rapid testing regimens the day of the filming to ensure maximum safety across the board.
The online festival was successful on all accounts, with all shows maintaining Covid-free environments and raising nearly $2million dollars for venues in need with performances by Miley Cyrus, Foo Fighters, Major Lazer, Reba McEntire, Marshmello, and Demi Lovato to name a few.
